Wiz Khalifa Drops Surprise EP "The Saga of Wiz Khalifa on 4/20
Is it really THAT surprising that Wiz Khalifa releases a new EP on 4/20? The Saga of Wiz Khalifa comes right in time for what many people consider their favorite unofficial holiday. Although the EP was most certainly on its way, the release day isn't too shocking at all as he's always released music on this very date.
It's no secret that Wiz has been an advocate, aficionado, and enthusiast for the marijuana industry since day one. This new EP contains 7 tracks loaded with features from Megan Thee Stallion, Ty Dolla $ign, Quavo, Logic and more. Collaborations on the production side include Mustard, Hitmaka, and D.A. Doman. The EP’s lead single, "Bammer" was released on March 9, 2020, followed by "Contact" two weeks later featuring Tyga. Additionally, he dropped "Still Wiz", a remake of Dr. Dre's "Still D.R.E" prior to the release of the project.
Wiz continues to bless fans around the world with music jam to while getting their greens on. But we can't say this was too surprising as he did confirm the project on April 18 and later announced the featured artists hours before its release.
