Aminé Uploads New Release, "Compensating"

Adam Aminé Daniel, formally known as "Aminé" takes an alternative, Sim-related route in his new release, "Compensating" featuring Young Thug.

The Portland-based rapper has garnered his musical influences from artists like Kanye West and Andre 3000, which leads his concentration in style relevance in music and colorful expression.

The leader of Club Banana, best known for his commercial debut single, "Caroline", welcomes a refreshing take on hip-hop through his euphoric, experimental sound.

His versatility shines through in his music video for the new release, which depicts him and Young Thug as generated Sim characters holding a slime green balloon.

According to Genius, the lyricism depicts the two artists discussing the past revelations of "their failed relationships, admitting their guilt while attempting to “compensate” for their past shortcomings."

In his Instagram post on July 7th, he announces the title of his upcoming album, "Limbo" and its release date, August 5th, 2020. The Republic Records artist has also recently joined slowthai as a guest on Disclosure’s new song “My High”, following a fast-paced house ballroom vibe.
